When you click on the Neeee Exercise link above… Listen as the singers do the quietly-sung, long-sustained Neeeeee…. exercise. Hold the note as long as you can without strain. Do the exercise twice in a row at least twice a day to improve vocal function and to help re-balance the vocal cords.
