“LIGHT”
I wrote this song some years ago at a time when many aspects of my life seemed pretty dark. That dark feeling came after living through a long, cold winter (for both body and spirit) and I felt a deep need for a little sunlight. I was fortunate to be able to get away to the ocean in Florida – to the very quiet, Captiva Island.
“LIGHT” HEALING
The effect of those few days in the sun, at the beach were life-changing. In fact, I felt the effect so quickly that this song basically wrote itself the second day I was there.
I had a great time putting this video together from my long-kept store of beach images from both Florida (Captiva Island) and many years later, Cancun, Mexico. So this is not a slick, professional video; but more of a personal video statement for friends.
